I'm the healer you come to when you think you've tried EVERYTHING and are at the end of your rope...
(So please don't wait 'till you are the end of your rope 😆)
When you've changed your diet, meditated, done the shadow work, gone to the retreats, done plant medicine ceremony, learned how to protect your energy, worked on your nervous system, set the boundaries...
and somewhere underneath it all, you still feel like a part of you is missing, and for some of you— your body has also started to speak out loud with anxiety, gut issues, hot flashes, skin rashes that you haven't found the answers to.
I've spent the last 15+ years exploring exactly this territory — the intersection between the body, emotions, energy, Soul and the sacred practices that help us come home to ourselves.
I'm a Shamanic Healer, Ayurveda Counsellor, Sanctioned Teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Author of Your Mighty Inner Healer & Creator of The Self-Healer Path™.
I've held healing circles for hundreds of people.
I've guided seekers and practitioners through their own initiations.
I've spent years learning how to work with the places where body, energy, emotion and Soul intersect.
And I've learned something I wish more people knew:
Healing is a journey of clearing the emotional charge, density or residue that first caused you to loose your sense of safety in yourself AND — and discovering the rituals, nourishment and practices that are actually in alignment with who you are, so you can restore your vitality and feel at home in yourself, instead of chasing the latest biohack.
That's why I created Clear What Isn't Yours.
It distills years of my own healing, study, ceremony and practice into one simple first ritual:
CLEAR what isn't yours.
RECLAIM what became fragmented.
COME HOME TO YOURSELF.
Because I don't believe your sensitivity is something you need to fix. I believe it's part of your medicine.
You just need to know how to stay rooted in yourself while you feel deeply, love deeply and hold space for others.
That's the work I've devoted my life to.
