I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the noise of the world—to crave a place where you can exhale, feel safe, and reconnect with you.
In the late ‘90s, I was a photojournalist, traveling to places where I saw both breathtaking beauty and the deepest suffering. My heart shattered over and over.
Meditation and yoga became my lifeline—my tiny island of sanity in a world that felt anything but. I didn’t just want a sacred space. I needed one. It became the only place where I could breathe, process, and come back to myself.
Years later, life knocked me down again. Heavy metal toxicity caused numbness on one side of my body. I remember lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, wondering if I’d ever feel whole again.
But my sacred space became my sanctuary—a place where I could tend to my body, my emotions, my soul. Breath by breath, through ancient rituals and sacred practices, I found my way back.
For the past 14 years, I’ve helped hundreds of others do the same—create a sacred space where they can finally feel at home within themselves. A place to heal. To transform. To belong.
And now, I want to help you do the same. Because you deserve a space that holds you, supports you, and reminds you who you truly are.
