And yet I understand what you're going through. I've been there too.. Back in 2009, I faced extreme levels of heavy metal toxicity, causing painful numbness on the right side of my body. It was the darkest night of my soul and the spark that started my own personal revolution into body-psyche-soul wellness.

About Naty
Naty Howard is an intuitive healer, spiritual activator and mentor to women seeking to go deeper into their spiritual healing journey and unlock the power of their sacred medicine.
She is a lover of Pachamama, passionate about people’s relationship to the Earth and to Spirit through ritual and ceremony. As a photojournalist and artist, she witnessed the power of shamanic lineages in the Venezuelan Amazon, India, Nepal and Canada.
