3 Key Pillars for Wellness

There are two things you need to know when creating a road map: where you currently are, and where you want to go. The more you become aware of your current condition, the health of your inner terrain, and your current tendencies, the easier it is to carve your inner map at the same time you are creating your road map to radiant health.

Every roadmap has a few stops or key portals along the way that will deeply transform us. These stops or portals, or tools, practices, people, and belief systems have their purpose. They become pillars; they become your foundation along your journey of becoming and awakening to your true nature, your personal truth, and the essence of who you really are.

Your roadmap to wellness has, along the way, three key pillars that will become the foundation for your deep transformation. These pillars are ancient rituals. They have been used for thousands of years to heal the body, transform the mind, and open the heart into a more inclusive and intimate experience of our- selves and the world around us.

The three pillars along your roadmap into wellness are:

  • Pillar #1: The ritual or Sadhana of liquid nutrition and the ritual of detox

  • Pillar #2: The art of mindfulness

  • Pillar #3: The alchemy of inner questing

Let's dive in...

When used together, great synergy will awaken and powerfully transform you, if you gift yourself the opportunity to show up for the journey. Together, they are the pathway to your inner source. Together, they are your journey home.

The journey towards deep healing, radiant health, and your personal revolution will awaken the hope activist within. The hope activist within is the higher self in each of us that believes in the possibilities, that is willing to take matters into its own hands and try, try, try it all. It is a call of the soul.


Know that the hope activist in you is a health warrior of peace, your main coach and guide along your roadmap.

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You just have to be willing to get the wheel moving again.
