Release what isn’t yours.
Reclaim what is.
Return to yourself.
These circles are designed for people who feel deeply, carry a lot, and are ready to release what no longer belongs to them.
In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, these gatherings create a rare experience:
A sacred space where your body, mind, and spirit can exhale.
A place where you can reconnect with your authentic self, your intuition, and the heartbeat of your soul.
Many people arrive feeling:
• overwhelmed by the pace of life
• disconnected from their deeper truth
• burdened by emotional patterns they can't seem to release
• alone on their spiritual journey
Others come because they are healers, intuitives, or space holders themselves and need a place where they can be held for a change.
What they discover is something most of us are missing:
Sacred belonging.

These gatherings are more than meditation or sharing circles.
Each circle is a guided ceremonial experience that blends several powerful healing traditions to support transformation on every level — body, mind, and spirit.
Inside the circle we weave together:
• Shamanic healing and guided journeying
• Ayurvedic body wisdom
• Yoga Spirit Medicine (movement, breathwork & meditation)
• Nervous system restoration practices
• Sacred ceremonial ritual
Each gathering is anchored by the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition healing altar, a cross-cultural shamanic lineage originated by don Oscar Miro-Quesada, creating a powerful container for deep healing and renewal.
The result is a sacred space where you can release what you've been carrying, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember who you truly are.
Each gathering includes elements such as:
• Opening sacred space and intention setting
• Lunar and seasonal teachings
• Breathwork and meditation practices
• Yoga Spirit Medicine practice
• Guided shamanic journeying with spirit allies
• Cord cutting and energetic release rituals
• Group shamanic energy healing
• Closing integration circle
Together these practices help release emotional residue, restore energetic balance, and reconnect you with your deeper inner wisdom.
What Participants Often Experience
After joining a circle, many people report:
• releasing old emotional patterns and fears
• feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded
• reconnecting with their intuition
• gaining clarity about their life path
• developing stronger energetic boundaries
• feeling deeply supported in their healing journey
Most importantly, they begin to reconnect with a place inside themselves that feels safe, steady, and whole.
A place we call Inner Refuge.

FOUNDER OF YOGA YURT

"I came to Naty's Circle feeling tense and out of sorts. I had no idea the profound effect it would have on my well-being. I left the circle completely changed. It allowed me to tap into something much deeper than I could ever do on my own. I am so grateful for the peace that came for days after. I really needed it."
